You can cancel your account at any time.

• After cancelling, your account will remain active until your next due date.
• When your cancellation becomes effective, your account and all of your information will be automatically deleted from our database within 24 hours.

Please contact us if you would like your account to be deleted immediately instead.

Steps to cancel your account

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click the Cancel Membership button near the bottom of the box.
   
3. Click the Confirm Cancellation button in the pop-up window to confirm that you want to cancel your membership. Click the Keep Membership button if you have changed your mind and do not want to cancel your membership.
   
4. You will receive an email confirming that you have cancelled and the date your cancellation will become effective will display in the pop-up window. Click OK to close the window.
   
5. Your account will display the date your cancellation becomes effective. Click the Rejoin button at any time to continue your membership.
