We are not involved in agreements, transactions, or disputes between users.

4. Fees and Payments

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
• Payments are processed through a trusted third-party provider, Stripe.
• By paying, you agree to any additional terms of the payment processor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston Area Directory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages – including lost profits or data – resulting from your use of the Site or any listings.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Houston Area Directory, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
