1. Your review is pending approval. New reviews need to be approved before they are published. Reviews are generally approved within 2 business days.
2. Your review is incomplete. In some cases, your review may have been incomplete. In this case, we will contact you by email and ask you to submit the review again, including the relevant details.
3. Your review has been disputed and you have not responded to our requests for verification. Businesses have the right to respond to or dispute negative reviews. In this case, we may need additional information regarding your review. We will first try to contact you by email. If we are unable to reach you by email, we will try to text you. If we are still not able to reach you, we will call you. If we are still unable to reach you, we will remove the review.
