Why isn’t my listing in the directory?

There are several possible reasons why your listing is not displaying in the directory.

  1. Your account is pending review. New listings are reviewed before they are published. If you recently registered, your listing may still be awaiting approval.
  2. Your profile is incomplete. In some cases, we may require additional information before a listing can be approved. Logging in and completing your profile can help prevent delays in the review process.
  3. Your membership has expired. Directory listings are automatically disabled when a membership expires. The good news is that your listing information is preserved, and your listing can be reactivated after your membership is renewed.
  4. Your account has been suspended. Accounts may be suspended for violations of our policies, Terms of Service, or other activities that affect the safety, security, or integrity of the directory.
  5. You disabled your listing. You may have chosen to temporarily hide your listing from within your account settings. If so, you can log in and re-enable it at any time.
  6. Your cancellation has taken effect. If you previously canceled your membership, your listing remains active until the end of your current billing period. Once the cancellation becomes effective, your listing is automatically removed from public view.
  7. You’re searching with filters applied. If you’re using category, location, or keyword filters, your listing may not appear in the current results. Try clearing any filters and searching again.
